Low Carb for Better Health!
The New Year is traditionally a time to make resolutions. The first thing most people do is to set goals, such as losing weight, becoming more productive, or improving their health. But sometimes we don’t realize how much the old year has eaten into our resources. In fact, many new year’s resolutions fail because they are unrealistic. Many people give up after only a few weeks of dieting and exercise. The reason for this failure is that people don’t have enough willpower to stick with their resolution long enough for it to work.
To help you achieve your goals for the New Year, Amanda Decker will be joining our episode today to share her expertise in weight management, specifically low carb dieting. Amanda Decker is a FNP, a highly qualified healthcare professional who graduated from Vanderbilt School of Nursing in 2005.
